- Transport to warehouse
- Use WMS system to track by student

Guidelines
All item pricing below includes a "facetime"/video survey with student or college designated representative from Vassar College Housing or Residential Life Department.
- Packing the contents as deemed professional standard in the household goods moving and storage industry.
- Packing materials will be McCollister’s provided as new shipping or storage quality boxes and materials, individual student name identification and or bar code inventory.
- Pricing will be defined by selecting Average Room Pricing
- Structure or Pricing is defined by selecting the item off the à la carte menu
- All non-listed items are priced to match a comparable item of size and weight as listed on the à la carte menu.
- The rates provided include materials, labor and transportation back to the McCollister’s facility which is located within 5 minutes from Vassar College.

Ship Home Box Handling Fee $30.00 per item
Storage at McCollister's $30.00
Per month, flat rated
(up to 2 pallet spaces)
Scheduled Delivery Out $125.00
Services to newly assigned dorm, housing
Mini Fridge Clean Up $40.00
If not cleaned by student, upon arrival to storage.
Ship home via FedEx, UPS market rate
+ $30.00 handling fees, small parcel shipped from McCollister's dock.
